Adidas trainers have been around since i was a child, being taken to the shops by my parents to buy a games kit for school. I remember my first trainers were by Adidas and extremely comfortable. Even back when i was young, i remember Adidas trainers having a fresh, clean, bright look and very good feel on the feet when walking as well as running.
Even though I was an overweight kid, Adidas trainers had been developed to be able to support my feet, ankles and knees which made running much easier. As i grew up, Adidas were a household name, especially people who were into running and overall exercise activities.
Trainers in general have come a long way in recent years with technology being used to study via computers on how us humans run, structure, posture and the best ways to incorporate the ways we run to compensate into the new range of footwear by Adidas and other sports shoe manufactures.
